well hi, been some time.

Artfight was fun, and helped me get some steam off too, had a couple of busy months.

Still working of Chica comic, but I'm also simultaneously working on sending One-shots to various magazines and a contest for the international Bande déssinée festival of Angoulême, so I'll soon show lots of WIPs of those.

Going to various music festivals this august, so, Posting will be sparse, but that's going to be fun ones.

Hey folks, some news.

I think y'all seen the idiotic new guidelines and rules on Patreon.

Short story short: Fuck 'em. Blasting my Patreon and migrating to Subscribstar.

I have only a handful of people on Patreon anyway, so not too damaging to do the switch. (If you were there, go and cancel your subscription there.)

DOGGOZ, the comic I want to create and fund with that subscibstar, isn't a porn comic, but it's still a comic with a lot of violence and nudity. It's incompatible with Patreon new guidelines and rules.

Seeing as a handful of DOGGOZ entries has been scenarized and are ready for production, I will begin working on them on Subscribstar rather than Patreon (one of the reasons I took so much time to show progress, sorry about that.)

I will post the progress of each entries on subscribstar, but will still eventually post some previews here on NG, and of course, the finished pages and entries once they're done (the subscribers will see all that before anyone else.)

I still have commissions to finish, but we will finally begin the DOGGOZ adventure proper! Stay tuned!

Been working on redesigning the tail of one of my characters, Marie the magic detective.

Been trying multiple styles but I can't decide... too many possibilities.

Her tail is an important part of her design too, both for lore reasons and character design reason, I use it to carry some of her emotions and she freely use it as a fifth limb sometimes.

Thoughts? Thick tail? Thin tail? Spaded? A tuft of hair? Who do you folks think fits best?

Well, I've been busy (again) and things are getting slowly better.

I've been taking commissions on X again after a long time, and this time it was successful!

So I'll be a bit busy with that. Because honestly, money has become a problem lately.

And it's also why I've been postponing the beginnings of DOGGOZ. Kind of making me feel silly now, after opening that patreon page. It makes me feel like I'm failing my own objectives.

Buuuuuut these commissions are now making me feel a bit more optimistic.

I will begin working seriously on the first pages of DOGGOZ after I finish all my commissions, I finished writing scenarios for a couple of comics anyway.

But I think I will continue to take commissions on X (or here, but maybe later in the future.) because money will continue to be a problem for the near future, but honestly I've been enjoying making them, they are also good training.

SO for the moment I'll focus on this and beginning DOGGOZ before posting on Patreon again.

Due to a load of commissions keeping me busy, the beginning of DOGGOZ's storyboarding is postponed—more like the beginning of February.

I'll also have ready several new illustrations, some for early release on the Patreon. And some redesign of characters too.

I've written about 8 stories for DOGGOZ, each should translate into chapters of about 10 to 20 pages or so, possibly more.

I'll try to write some three more before the end of the week between commissions, next week we'll begin actual work on the storyboards!
